Eti Maden-Petrol, Osoo refinery was built in 1987 to refine crude oil primarily into asphalt products. From these very humble foundation, the company has grown significantly in breadth and capability and is now a much more complex refiner of different petroleum products, meeting international standards in every aspect of production and safety. Eti Maden-Petrol, Osoo also known as PetroHR is an independent and privately owned and managed petroleum refinery headquartered in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The company markets products like JET Fuel, EN590, asphalt, transportation fuels, light oils and other refinery products predominantly in Europe , Asia and other parts of the World.
